£40k to £45k – flexible with some remote working – head office in Gloucester

Introduction.

A B2B marketing specialist will love the opportunity to join a really interesting and innovative business who have offices in Gloucestershire, but actually this is a mostly remote working role; as long as you are happy to travel for meetings and attend the office two days a week, you can be based anywhere in the UK!

If you are experienced in the full range of marketing disciplines and skills, including digital, social and traditional marketing and would like to join an expanding and creative company, this is the role for you!  Backgrounds in software, tech and/or B2B are preferred.

Summary.

From writing the strategy, to implementing the marketing campaigns, to presentations and pitches and all forms of marketing communications, you’ll be completing the full 100% of the sales and marketing mix in this role.

About the role.

You’ll be entirely responsible for the sales and marketing activities of the business, so think websites, social media, email campaigns, digital marketing, SEO, PPC, engagement, content management, client presentations, writing, being creative, the whole lot!

So, you’ll have

  • Experience of successfully running social media, email, PR and digital marketing campaigns
  • Background working with and managing digital marketing spend and an understanding of Google Analytics, Goal Tracking and online analytics in general
  • Content marketing – create interesting and relevant, on brand content to engage with B2B audiences, fuel social media and help support improvement in organic search results
  • Website – manage the evolution, and performance of, the website including content creation and uploading, campaign conversion, SEO, tracking and analysis and on-going development
  • E-marketing – campaigns to support lead generation funnel; on-going brand engagement and audience referral
  • Offline marketing – creation of briefs for marketing materials, management of projects through designers/suppliers
  • Events – compile an annual events programme and promote via digital marketing to raise awareness.
  • Sales – be able to present brilliantly, gaining business and developing long term relationships.

Successful business with a great 10 year history in health, beauty, skincare, wellness products. With both a national trade presence and direct to consumer ecommerce offerings, the MD is now looking for their first Brand Manager to help the leadership team to develop the business, launch new products and expand into other countries – an exciting role!

You
–       5 years fmcg/health/beauty/wellness brand management and marketing experience
–       Retail experience, including online and through outlets
–       A passion for consumer brands with solid marketing skills and a strong focus on branding building, launching of products (concept to packaging design) and PR/communications execution.

About you

Your marketing experience will cover all aspects of the mix, from email marketing to social media, content creation and copywriting (blogs, articles, features, social media copy), advertising and lead generation, CRM and database marketing and PR/communications.  Some design and photography skills would be super useful too!

You’ll love creating inspiring content, growing social media accounts and creating then implementing a dynamic marketing strategy.

Although the MD is happy to look at all sorts of backgrounds (the key being able to provide a full marketing service for the company), if you have experience in business or consumer hospitality and accommodation marketing, that would be great too!

The opportunity.

A chance to join a growing, very busy Bristol agency as their next Senior Account Manager where you will be working on some of the world biggest consumer brands, from a CRM, data and digital campaign management perspective.

You’ll be working on one of the agency’s biggest clients and have an aptitude for working in a fast-paced delivery environment on big-brands.

The role will lead the day to day delivery of work, alongside a Client Partner and Account Director. Previous people management is required as you will mentor an Account Executive.

What you’ll need to have experience of.

  • Digital Campaign management; including how to implement a digital campaign from conception through to analysis.
  • CRM knowledge.
  • Working internally and externally to ensure the campaign is delivered on time and on budget.
  • Financial acumen and experience helping an Account Executive/ Account Manager and supporting an Account Director.
  • Good understanding of UK data protection regulations, ensuring adherence to best practice.
  • Excellent understanding of the industry and current trends, keeping abreast of the latest developments and their impact for the industry.
  • Ability and experience of understanding clients from how they like to work, to their brand, vision and competitors.
