Exciting and interesting role with a digital marketing agency for a sales/business development executive to help develop new client relationships and research opportunities. This team of digital growth experts help their varied and interesting client portfolio identify opportunities and implement proven strategies that increase engagement and ROI.
About the job.
A high percentage of phone time is necessary, finding out information about clients, ensuring the database is up to date and working with the senior team on email marketing campaigns and marketing focused events. There’ll be a big focus on developing target market leads and taking them through the sales process, plus relationship building with business owners via outbound marketing, face to face meetings and events. Maintaining accurate pipeline and KPI data is also an important aspect of this role.
You’ll have a B2B sales or business development background ideally gained agency side, although that’s not a dealbreaker. You’re a natural at building relationships and have experience of working with CRM systems and the ability to spot an opportunity!
