20 hours per week – £1k a month budget

Super exciting freelance/contract role for a talented social media executive working for a fabulous charity and business with an inspirational founder and a great story.

You need to be available throughout each week, and will be responsible for creating, generating and posting high quality content and imagery, alongside the founder and the rest of the team.

Ultimately, you should be able to handle the social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement. You will be self-employed and paid on a contract basis.  Although this is a freelance role for now, the idea is that the role will develop and a team created, in time.

You must have

  • Proven work experience in social media, maybe looking for the next step
  • Hands on experience in content management
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Mailchimp and Hootsuite
  • Familiarity with web design preferably using WIX
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical and multitasking skills
  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • Willingness to go the extra mile and work when required

The goal for the next two years is to grow this social media team from one part-time member to 2 full time members and 2 part time members

Bristol based Design agency is looking to recruit an Account Director to be responsible for day to day running of projects and client development for major FMCG brands.  You will be successful at taking the account forward, building on the great work of the current team.

You should be a team player responsible for overseeing creation and delivery of B2C marketing materials with a focus in store for FMCG brands. This includes campaign design/big idea generation, POS, marketing literature, primary and secondary packaging.

Responsible for working with Marketing Managers, Brand and Assistant Brand Managers across the key brands at the clients place of work.

We’re looking for someone who has an opinion on in store brand challenges; someone who understands the basic laws of how to turn a shopper into a buyer.

Typical duties will include;

  • To be able to provide informed strategic advice to clients
  • To be able to take a client brief – intelligently questioning the client to fully understand the exact scope of their requirement
  • To proactively market and sell services to create new business opportunities from existing and prospective clients
  • To write a creative brief that accurately captures the client’s requirements whilst encouraging our creative team to deliver the best response possible
  • To judge creative ideas in terms of their relevance to the brief and ability to engage the target audience

Words such as confident, professional, proactive, calm under pressure, well organised, passionate about creative, hands dirty, fun and quirky should feature somewhere in the description of you!

In store marketing/Shopper Marketing/Retailing marketing experience advantageous.

Knowledge of working with multiple client stakeholders and agencies preferable since the role involves working at a regional level with multiple countries and global advertising agencies

You’ll have experience of working with agency processes – studio, creative, production, trafficking, plus leading blue chip clients and brands is pretty crucial.

  • Website – manage the evolution, and performance of, the website including content creation and uploading, campaign conversion, SEO, tracking and analysis and on-going development

  • Offline marketing – creation of briefs for marketing materials, management of projects through designers/suppliers
  • Events – compile an annual events programme and promote via digital marketing to raise awareness.

The opportunity.

A chance to join a growing, very busy Bristol agency as their next Senior Account Manager where you will be working on some of the world biggest consumer brands, from a CRM, data and digital campaign management perspective.
