About the job.

As the Marketing Manager, you will define, develop and drive forward activities to support the organisation’s growth.

You’ll be developing and delivering marketing and communication strategies, planning and delivering campaigns, producing written content, managing their website and overseeing social media. You will also inspire and develop a marketing executive within the marketing team.

This is a broad-based and exciting challenge that combines strategic, commercial and creative responsibility with hands-on delivery.

About you.

You will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a marketing role and experience of managing a marketing and communications function. A degree in marketing, PR or a related discipline would be great!

You must have experience in the engineering or technology sector.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate proven experience and success in the creation and delivery of a successful integrated B2B marketing and communications strategy.

It would be a bonus if you are CIM qualified and have Adobe Creative Cloud experience.

The opportunity.

A chance to join a growing, very busy Bristol agency as their next Senior Account Manager where you will be working on some of the world biggest consumer brands, from a CRM, data and digital campaign management perspective.

You’ll be working on one of the agency’s biggest clients and have an aptitude for working in a fast-paced delivery environment on big-brands.

The role will lead the day to day delivery of work, alongside a Client Partner and Account Director. Previous people management is required as you will mentor an Account Executive.

What you’ll need to have experience of.

  • Digital Campaign management; including how to implement a digital campaign from conception through to analysis.
  • CRM knowledge.
  • Working internally and externally to ensure the campaign is delivered on time and on budget.
  • Financial acumen and experience helping an Account Executive/ Account Manager and supporting an Account Director.
  • Good understanding of UK data protection regulations, ensuring adherence to best practice.
  • Excellent understanding of the industry and current trends, keeping abreast of the latest developments and their impact for the industry.
  • Ability and experience of understanding clients from how they like to work, to their brand, vision and competitors.
  • A critical thinker with honed problem-solving skills.

This is a stand-alone marketing role where you can really make your mark and add value to the business.

You will deliver marketing campaigns, manage and grow the social media presence and create and implement new marketing strategies. Also, you will create content for blogs, newsletters, press releases and other marketing materials.

Developing and managing PR campaigns will be part of your role, as well as working on website content/ development and being responsible for all photography and videography work.

About you.

With 2- 3 years Marketing experience, ideally in property or a related field, you will have experience in email marketing, the use of design tools and the ability to generate and retain new clients through your marketing activity is key. Naturally, social media and knowledge of copywriting and SEO are essential.

About the role.

As the Senior Account Executive, you’ll be mainly working with global B2B clients.

In this varied role, you will help to develop client relationships and deliver international campaigns.

You’ll be busy ensuring continual and unrivalled client satisfaction. There will be lots of tasks to get involved with such as the development and delivery of on and offline marketing projects, branding, digital campaigns and systems, exhibitions and printed collateral.

Within a typical day, you’ll work with the client to deliver creative but commercial solutions. Following quality assurance and operational processes, creating detailed contact reports and providing campaign performance results will also be your responsibility.

About you.

You will be passionate about what you do and will have experience of working in a marketing/ agency environment.

Being able to demonstrate campaign experience and the ability to independently manage projects, with respect for client and company confidentiality, is a must-have.

If you’re a real team player, an excellent people manager and someone who has an eagle eye for spotting errors, you’ll flourish within this role! It’s great if you are willing to work outside ‘normal’ hours when required and be prepared to travel to client’s offices in the UK and further afield when required.
