The company

Rapidly growing, leading edge b2b technology company with offices in a town near Bath and an international presence as a partner for many premium technology brands, the business is part of a larger group and has HUGE plans for expansion.

The role

As the third person in the fairly new marketing team, you’ll be the digital expert for the business.

You will be responsible for the continual improvement of the online performance, delivering consistent growth across all channels with high-quality technical skills, considerable on and off-page SEO capabilities and knowledge of B2B marketing. Using advanced Google Analytics, you will provide deep insight into the performance of the website, customer acquisition and conversion, identifying and implementing improvements.

Your knowledge of email marketing means that you will have no problem creating, testing, delivering, and analysing regular email and push notification campaigns, using Mailchimp and One Signal. You will create, edit, and publish pages, posts and products on the website to a very high standard, along with the production and curation of all types of high-quality content including video, written and photography for use across all digital channels. The international growth of the company means that we will be launching foreign language versions of the ‘site, which you will have responsibility for production and maintenance of, and you will assist in the conception and realisation of assets for exhibiting at world leading technology events, which you will also attend to promote the business and demonstrate products (when we can of course!)


You’ll have at least three years’ experience in a digital focused b2b marketing role, either from agency side or within a business.  Your high-quality technical SEO and Google Analytics skills will be super important in the role and you must have experience with CMS (WordPress ideally) and CRM (HubSpot ideally).

You will naturally be interested in technology and innovation and be ready to build a sparkling career in a dynamic, forward thinking and highly successful business.
