Business Development Executive – 4 day week & paid for 5!

The job title could be called Sales Executive or Business Development Executive and there are development opportunities to progress to a more senior role within the company.

The company also offer a 4 day working week – but you’re paid for 5!  Working on a hybrid basis, ideally 2 days in the Bristol office.

You’ll join an incredibly supportive organisation in Bristol that offers one of the best cultures out there.  A growing SaaS company, who offer a well-respected and effective product.  Your role will be to generate more clients by booking meetings and presentations for the CEO and senior team, with key decision makers in the target sectors.

It goes without saying that you’ll have some previous sales or business development experience, where you have sold a service.  You could have worked in recruitment or property sales too.

You’ll have the ability to work independently  and be driven to achieve your targets.

Duties:

Generate and qualify leads using research and business data
Book impactful meetings with decision-makers for the senior team
Attend industry events and network on behalf of the business

Create consistent outbound activity, with bonuses tied to performance AND activity
Support sales processes and earn commission from successful deals

Would be beneficial if you have:

Experience selling to or working in the hospitality sector
Interest in finance, business growth, or technology
Experience selling B2B services, SaaS, or service-based products

And you’ll need to have:

  • And you’ll need to have previous sales or business development experience, ideally where you have sold a service.
  • Experience in lead generation and CRM systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    High attention to detail
  • A proven self-starter, comfortable working independently to generate b2b leads and appointments
