Creative & DesignA new opportunity has arisen for a talented Creative Director to join a successful independent creative agency based in Bristol.
You’ll have a proven track record of delivering exceptional work across brand, digital, and integrated campaigns, with a strong understanding of the B2B market and the challenges facing their target clients across a range of industries. B2C experience also needed.
We’re looking for a Creative Director with an eye for design and the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling creative concepts. This role will be both hands-on and hands-off. It will be client-facing, developing the team, and winning new work.
You’ll have experience in a creative leadership role within an agency environment, preferably working with digital, brand, and integrated campaigns.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and inspiring the creative team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and creative excellence.
- Developing and executing creative strategies that align with client objectives and brand identities.
- Overseeing the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality output across all channels.
- Presenting creative concepts to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating the strategic rationale behind the work.
- Staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies and incorporating them into our creative approach.
- Collaborating with other departments, including strategy, growth, delivery, UX and development, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Contributing to new business development by participating in pitches and presentations.
