Marketing Executive – ability to drive essential

We’re on the lookout for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Executive join a dynamic business to help shape and deliver impactful campaigns that elevate brand visibility and drive business growth.  You’ll need to be able drive.

*Note that you won’t be directly part of a large marketing team, you’ll running things yourself, so there’s bags of autonomy and the opportunity to be hands on. There is a global marketing team though so support and strategy can be found there. Plus, you’ll have a counterpart working by you, so it’s not an isolated role.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assisting in the creation and rollout of multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Coordinating with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution
• Conducting market research and analysing trends to inform strategy
• Supporting digital marketing efforts, including social media and website content
• Helping organise promotional events and trade shows
• Monitoring campaign performance and reporting on effectiveness
• Maintaining marketing materials and ensuring brand consistency across all assets

What we’re looking for:

• A marketing all-rounder with 2–3 years’ experience (agency or in-house)
• The ability and confidence to deliver the UK marketing campaigns.
• B2B would be preferable
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A keen eye for detail and brand alignment
• Confidence with digital tools and social media platforms
• A proactive mindset and collaborative spirit

Location: North Somerset, UK, 3 days in the office, 2 remote. You’ll need to drive.
