Marketing Executive – North Somerset

We’re on the lookout for a proactive, creative Marketing Executive/Coordinator to join a dynamic team and help shape and deliver impactful campaigns that elevate brand visibility and drive business growth.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a marketing all-rounder who’s ready to bring fresh ideas, precision, and energy to every touchpoint—across digital, events, and content.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assisting in the creation and rollout of multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Coordinating with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution
• Conducting market research and analysing trends to inform strategy
• Supporting digital marketing efforts, including social media and website content
• Helping organise promotional events and trade shows
• Monitoring campaign performance and reporting on effectiveness
• Maintaining marketing materials and ensuring brand consistency across all assets
• Deliver local Digital and Social media activity
• Organise and manage literature, PoS and promotional activity
• Support Sales and Marketing Director with PR activity and Media relations

What we’re looking for:

• A marketing all-rounder with circa 2 years’ experience (agency or in-house)
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and event/exhibition planning
• Ideally degree educated – Marketing, Business Administration or similar.
• A keen eye for detail and brand alignment
• Confidence with digital tools and social media platforms
• An interest in consumer behaviour
• A proactive mindset and collaborative spirit
• Strong communication and organisational skills
