Marketing Executive – property-interiors – full or part-time
Newly created Marketing Executive role for a modern, exciting property business with a focus on social media. The role can be offered on a full or part time basis, that could be 3-4 days a week or 5 days a week, reduced hours – flexible to suit you!
Support on all marketing activities, working closely with the directors and fellow team members, to elevate the brand and increase the business presence in Bristol.
If you have an interest in interiors/lifestyle, property, enjoy working with aesthetically pleasing design and love creating beautiful, stylish and eye-catching content and material, then this is for you! And knowledge of the Bristol area will stand you in good stead too.
You’ll be the only marketing person, so would suit someone who is happy working independently in a small business. Plus, bags of enthusiasm, ideas and a willingness to help make this already successful company raise it’s profile even further!
About you:
Experience of working within industries such as property, estate agents, interiors, lifestyle, homeware, furnishing, interiors design etc would be ideal!
You’ll definitely need some sort of consumer focussed marketing and social media experience.
Any photography and/or videography skills would be useful
Knowledge of the local area – Bristol!
Good copy and content writing experience
Creative output and ability to create beautiful content and material
Basic SEO understanding would be helpful
Core responsibilities
- Manage social media – Instagram and website
- Outbound engagement (Following and interacting with influencers and target audience to gain followers)
- Manage videography and photos
- Oversee brochures to ensure high standards and consistency
- Creation and delivery of marketing campaigns
- Develop and manage relationships with other businesses
- Manage google reviews and all feedback channels
- Oversee sponsorships
- Updating website content
- Assisting with annual ‘Look Book’ magazine
- Oversee regular printed marketing campaigns
- Ability to promote the business and be a brand ambassador across all channels
- Monthly stats reporting

Full OR part-time – hours to suit your needs!
Ideally office based for the most part, possibly 1 day a week could be remote.
