Partnership Marketing Manager – FTC – 9 months

Fixed term contract for a Partnership Marketing Manager, you’ll need to be based close to the South-West and visit Bristol once a week – essential!
Starting in late October, for 9 months.

Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, to cover maternity leave.
Getting a new partner on board is only the first step; from there, it’s about building journeys to connect with and convert new audiences, then continually optimising these. You’ll be responsible for making the journeys that connect the business to a partner’s audiences as effective as possible, whether the touchpoints are landing pages, communications, social content, events or within the product. You’ll also work with the team to foster that connection with partners themselves.
What you’ll need:
- Around 5+ years in a similar partnership role, where you’ve worked on a consumer brand, ideally a digital product
- B2B2C is essential
- People management experience
- Able to craft compelling and persuasive copy for a partner audience
- Good understanding of brand and brand partnerships
- Experience working in high-growth scaleup businesses preferred
Duties:
- Develop and deliver partner marketing strategies – build reputation and brand amongst partner audience, developing and delivering strategies to raise awareness of and interest in the business
- Identify and establish brand partnerships.
- Streamline lead generation – build processes and tech stack to streamline inbound and outbound lead generation
- Create and implement media plans: Develop an
- organic and paid media plan targeting partners and prospective partners on all appropriate channels
- CRO experimentation with partner channels:
- Take a test and learn approach to experiment with existing partner channels to increase conversion rates
- Develop marketing and sales collateral
- Plan events and webinars
- Create a communications plan
