PR Account Director – flexible and hybrid working

As PR Account Director you will report directly to the MD and Associate Director at this brilliant communications agency.

You’ll need PR/Comms agency experience, having worked at least Senior Account Manager level previously, and have worked across a mix of B2B and B2C accounts.

Strategic planning skills, with the ability to interpret a brief and understand the audiences and objectives are crucial.

Experience of managing people and ideally have been involved with some business development.

It would be beneficial, but not essential if you were a fluent Welsh speaker, or had a good understanding of government, policies and procedures.

Duties will include:

  • Overseeing a team of account managers and executives, and will play a key role in growth plans, leading on new business development and own marketing and brand activities
  • Oversee a range of B2B and B2C accounts
  • Provide strategic counsel to clients
  • Manage strategy and budgets
  • Support the MD with new business proposals and pitches
