Account Manager or Senior Account Manager with a creative brand and packaging design agency.

You’ll join a close-knit team, working on some of the biggest consumer FMCG brands.

As the Account Manager you’ll get involved in a variety of activities from supporting senior members of the team to interacting with clients. As well as coordinating brand strategies. At the same time, you’ll be brainstorming creative ideas, planning, and engaging with clients to develop exciting packaging and artwork projects. This is the perfect opportunity to fast-track your career and learn from passionate and talented team members. The successful candidate will have some existing experience from another agency, or you can demonstrate your experience through other projects. You’ll also be passionate about delivering great work, ready to take initiative and generate ideas with the ability to working under pressure.    

What else will you do?

• Discuss new projects, take accurate and notes, and understand the client’s needs and requirements.
• Coordinate with team members to plan, allocate and book adequate internal and/or external resources to complete the project and meet deadlines.
• Take part in the presentation of creative work, driving a shared creative ambition with clients from the outset of a project.

What do you need?

• An agency background is essential, ideally from a creative design agency, packaging would be great but isn’t essential.
• A strong willingness to learn, a passion for delivering great work and for putting the client at the heart of everything you do.
• The ability to take the initiative, generate ideas, proactively seek out opportunities and add value.
