They have a talented team of designers, strategists, and creatives that are dedicated to delivering outstanding results for clients. Therefore they’re seeking a passionate Account Manager to help continue the mission of exceeding client expectations. The role is full time ( Monday-Friday) and you can be based in either Bristol or London. You’ll need to be office based 3 days a week, with 2 remote.
Your Role:
As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing client relationships while ensuring our projects run seamlessly. For instance, your responsibilities will include:
Project Management: Independently oversee multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Client Engagement: Host and lead client meetings, capture valuable feedback, and maintain strong client relationships.
Documentation: Create and maintain status sheets, write development briefs, proposals, and other project-related documents.
Collaboration: Work closely with creative team to translate client needs into creative briefs and ensure the creative vision is aligned with client expectations.
Brand Experience (Nice-to-Have): Experience working with diverse brands is a plus, but not mandatory.
Previous experience in a design agency, preferably in account management or project management roles.
- Ideally packaging or branding and FMCG backgrounds.
- Proven ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to facilitate client meetings and capture feedback effectively.
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining status sheets, development briefs, and proposals.
