Our client has a full-time, hybrid opportunity for a Conference Producer to join their team!
Description
In this exciting B2B events role, you’ll work as the Conference Producer to organise market-leading events for this agency’s communities in London, New York and Miami. You’ll be part of a positive, supportive team, arranging everything from glamorous awards ceremonies to fun, engaging industry conferences.
Requirements
An analytical and critical thinker with a positive approach and describe yourself as a great team player.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Conference Producer role (B2B events services). If you have an understanding of either the performance or influencer marketing industry that would be fantastic but is NOT essential as training can be given.
Our client is seeking someone with project management skills for event delivery, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a keen interest in the influencer and performance marketing industry, and of course, events!
The ability to bring current marketing affairs to life in the creation of your event agendas.
Responsibilities
Create high-quality conference agendas through thorough research and idea testing, while keenly identifying promising commercial opportunities. A key aspect of this role will involve recruiting senior-level speakers, ensuring a diverse and engaging line-up for conferences, webinars, and roundtable discussions.
Attend the events, ensuring both in-person and virtual tracks run seamlessly while fostering strong relationships with key sponsors, ensuring the fulfilment of the contracted speaking opportunities.
Your days will be filled with desk and phone research, uncovering market trends and hot topics that will captivate your audience. You’ll support on the development of events strategy and be given the opportunity to present event ideas.
The art of communication will be the core of everything you do, as you’ll need to liaise with speakers throughout the entire event cycle, offering timely briefings, continuous communication, and valuable post-event feedback.
Take charge of updating websites with the latest agendas and speaker information, ensuring that all online platforms are a dynamic reflection of the innovative events you curate.
