CRM Manager job with a busy, growing organisation in Bristol, you can work on a hybrid basis and visit the Bristol office once a week. Lots of potential to develop your career and make contributions to the team.
What you’ll need:
CRM marketing Manager, with a focus on mobile app and email marketing
Experience with Blueshift or similar CRM/CXP platforms
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into strategies
Experience in customer segmentation, database marketing, and campaign management
A customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
Duties
- Use Blueshift to build engaging, personalised automated marketing campaigns across email, SMS, in-app and push
- Build and deploy broadcast campaigns aligned with the marketing calendar
- Build communication journeys to best support our members during their lifecycle
- Create dynamic personalisation
- Build and manage customer segmentation to support effective delivery of personalised multi-channel messaging
- Support the Lifecycle and Retention Manager with the implementation of customer retention strategy
- Analyse campaign results and customer data to optimise performance
