We are looking for an in-house talent and HR manager to identify great team members and develop current staff as this amazing business enters its next phase of growth. Our new person will also assist with company HR, internal employee wellbeing, and advise on team composition and growth. You will contribute to all areas of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment, to creating a positive and dynamic working culture, team socials, to creating leading pathways for employee progression, training and development.
Because of the fast-growth nature of the group, including new launching news venues and events, we are constantly recruiting for various roles across all the companies in line with the ambitious expansion plans

You’ll have an enthusiasm for working with people, and enjoy building the wellbeing of all employees, and work with the leaders in the business to find the right people to build the business and teams.
The wellbeing of the team is really important to the owner of this incredible group, so if you are someone who thrives on seeing others succeed and takes pride in watching individuals flourish in their career, then this is the role for you.
A proven work experience as an internal recruiter & HR would be beneficial but not essential but a solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting and employee cycle is needed. We are seeking a collaborative individual who can multi-task efficiently and support the talent growth across the group.
