4 month contract for an enthusiastic, innovative, and experienced Media Officer to join the Communications team!

An exciting opportunity for a Media Officer to work for a National Society in the UK, our client is looking for an enthusiastic, innovative, and experienced Media Officer to join the Communications team!

You will need to hit the ground running to provide a dynamic programme of public relations and media campaigns, create case studies and news stories both externally and internally for their publications and website. You will be liaising with internal stakeholders across the organisation. You will share these stories on social media platforms to demonstrate the growing media coverage and awareness!

What you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of previous experience working within Press and Broadcasting.
• Experience in the STEM sector.
• Strong media contacts.
• Exceptional writing, proofreading and reporting skills.

Info:

• Contract: 4 months
• Part-Time 15 hrs. Bedford/Bristol - Hybrid working
• Salary: £23k-£25k
