You:

This is a crucial marketing recruit for the team; the ideal candidate must have a professional or financial services background, coupled with VERY comprehensive digital marketing knowledge.

• What we mean by this, is that you MUST be an expert at creating digital strategy within a fee earning, stakeholder led business.
• As a strategic digital leader, you will responsible for developing campaigns across all digital channels.
• Experience of managing and developing B2B websites, UX, SEO and analytics are all crucial to the role of Senior Digital Marketing Manager.
• As well as being able to identify areas for development, ensure strategic improvements to achieve an increase in leads and conversions and gain insight into audience, behaviour and use this as a basis for development

To be considered:

• Demonstrable B2B digital marketing experience is ESSENTIAL, preferably in the professional or financial services sector.
• Significant experience at a senior level of leading firm-wide digital marketing strategy
• Bags of confidence, charisma and gravitas to lead and engage colleagues, stakeholders and partners on all digital plans.
• Experience of managing SEO, e-marketing and content marketing systems (preferably Sitecore)
• Experience of building, leading and managing a team
• Ability to advise on new digital trends and innovations.
• Experience of creating and producing digital strategy.
