Retail experience is desirable as is extensive knowledge of marketing to clients through ecommerce, website and social media, ultimately to generate increased footfall in the retail outlets (in the South West of the UK) for this superbly creative business.
You need a car to be able to visit the showrooms, and you’ll also be happy with hybrid working, three days a week in the office.
The role in a bit more detail
Producing and implementing an effective annual strategic marketing plan, including events (both on and off-site), promotions & campaigns.
Researching, building and managing the marketing budget.
Providing customer, competitor and market information and analysis, including trend projections and pricing
Assisting with the Company’s ecommerce site to deliver on sales targets, and provide sales projections.
Monitoring the trade and retail customer journey on all channels and identifying opportunities to improve their experience
Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators
Managing the company’s intranet
What you'll need:
Qualifications and experience:
Minimum 5 years’ experience at a senior level in both B2B and B2C marketing including social media/digital marketing (including PPC), design, print, signage & PR
Proven experience of delivering successful marketing campaigns
High level of IT & data segmentation/analysis/compliance competence
Experience of using a CRM system to run campaigns, ideally Hubspot
Experience in effective multiple stakeholder engagement
Experience managing a team and dealing with external partners.
