Newly created Marketing Manager role for a close-knit, small team of professionals within the property and housing sector.
About the role.
This is a stand-alone marketing role where you can really make your mark and add value to the business.
You will deliver marketing campaigns, manage and grow the social media presence and create and implement new marketing strategies. Also, you will create content for blogs, newsletters, press releases and other marketing materials.
Developing and managing PR campaigns will be part of your role, as well as working on website content/ development and being responsible for all photography and videography work.
With 2- 3 years Marketing experience, ideally in property or a related field, you will have experience in email marketing, the use of design tools and the ability to generate and retain new clients through your marketing activity is key. Naturally, social media and knowledge of copywriting and SEO are essential.
And of course, you’ll need to be super organised, confident, self-motivated and have a great attitude to your career.
