It has come to our attention that there is a scammer trying to impersonate us in order to trick people into giving away sensitive information or money.

We want to alert our candidates and urge them to be vigilant. That’s why we put together this useful guide for taking necessary precautions against phishing and scams.

Scams and phishing emails and messages have become a common threat in the digital age. Scammers often use fake profiles or websites that mimic legitimate businesses to steal personal information or money. This type of scam is called phishing.

We want to remind everyone to always be cautious when receiving emails or messages from unfamiliar or suspicious sources. Here are some red flags to watch out for:

• The sender’s email address is slightly different from the legitimate one
• The email or message contains a sense of urgency or a request for personal information
• The email or message contains spelling or grammar errors
• The email or message contains a suspicious link or attachment

If you receive an email or message (via WhatsApp) from someone claiming to be working for Moxie and Mettle that you suspect is a scam, please report it to us immediately and block the account. You can also send the following message to prevent any future phishing attempts:
