The role:

We’re so excited to share the details of this Digital Marketing manager opportunity with you; based in Bristol, within a prestigious professional services organisation.

This is a crucial, senior marketing recruit for the team; the ideal candidate will have a professional services, legal or B2B  background, coupled with previous comprehensive digital marketing knowledge.

What we mean by this, is that you MUST be an expert at creating digital strategy within a fee earning, stakeholder led business.

About you:

You will responsible for developing campaigns across all digital channels and leading firm-wide strategic Digital Marketing.

Experience of managing and developing B2B websites, UX, SEO and analytics are all crucial to the role of Digital Marketing Manager.

Manage and maintain a suite of digital channels and assets, improving the usability, content, data capture and conversion by conducting regular reviews and making recommendations for improvements based on a variety of data sources e.g. Google Analytics

Refresh the social media strategy

Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals

Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing activities.

As well as being able to identify areas for development, ensure strategic improvements to achieve an increase in leads and conversions and gain insight into audience, behaviour and use this as a basis for development

To be considered you need to have:

    • Demonstrable digital marketing experience is ESSENTIAL, within B2B, legal or professional services.
    • The ability to advise on new digital trends and innovations.
    • Experience of managing SEO, e-marketing and content marketing systems
    • Experience of leading and managing a team
    • Experience of creating and producing digital strategy.
    • Confidence and gravitas to lead and engage colleagues, stakeholders and Partners on all digital plans.

Summary:

Creative, technically brilliant directors of a growing digital agency with clients based in the UK and internationally are now keen to grow the team with the appointment of an Account Director and a Senior Account Manager (or possibly an Account Manager)

You will be working on both digital activation and acquisition campaigns, with a strong emphasis on performance. The team includes web developers, creatives, account management and ad-ops, who all play a significant role in the success of the campaigns. A good understanding of digital, social and paid search marketing is crucial for this role, and you must be naturally inquisitive and keen to keep up to date with latest innovations in digital marketing.

The job:

We are looking for an exceptional Account Manager to join the team and look after our amazing, long term and interesting clients.

You will:

  • Be a professional and relaxed presenter with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Be proactive and comfortable in pitching to both clients and prospects
  • Be positive and have a friendly attitude to dealing with people, internally and externally, demonstrating clear empathy skills
  • Have excellent organisational skills with a clear ability to use your own initiative.
  • Be practical and level-headed with the ability to react quickly when necessary
  • Be able to compose professionally constructed documents and presentations for internal / external viewing

  • In-depth knowledge and experience of social media (Instagram, Facebook), CTC/CTR.
  • Experience of managing digital brands
  • A marketing qualification (probably)
  • Full understanding of digital strategies, marketplaces, communications and the processes involved
  • A positive approach to researching and analysing new business opportunities both existing and new
  • Ability to apply numerical skills to analyse data, interpret facts and figures presented in the form of statistical tables and diagrams, think critically and check for errors
  • Ability to use Mac OS-X operating system. Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

About the job.

A high percentage of phone time is necessary, finding out information about clients, ensuring the database is up to date and working with the senior team on email marketing campaigns and marketing focused events.  There’ll be a big focus on developing target market leads and taking them through the sales process, plus relationship building with business owners via outbound marketing, face to face meetings and events.  Maintaining accurate pipeline and KPI data is also an important aspect of this role.

About you.

You’ll have a B2B sales or business development background ideally gained agency side, although that’s not a dealbreaker. You’re a natural at building relationships and have experience of working with CRM systems and the ability to spot an opportunity!
