B2B Event Marketing Executive – Bristol/hybrid

If you’re a marketer who loves the buzz of events but also cares about what happens between them, this Event Marketing Executive role could be right up your street.

This isn’t about churning out generic campaigns. It’s about getting the right people in the room and building a community that actually wants to be there. You’ll be driving demand, growing audiences and creating momentum for a portfolio of leading B2B events in the partnerships, performance marketing and creator economy space.

You’ll have real ownership here. From shaping campaigns and owning key channels, to working closely with sales, content and partnerships teams to make sure everything lands commercially.

It’s a step up role, ideal for someone who’s ready to move beyond just delivery and start having a genuine impact on performance, revenue and how events show up in the market.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be right at the centre of campaign activity, bringing ideas to life and making sure they actually deliver – that means:

  • Planning and running email campaigns that don’t just land, they convert
  • Owning social, especially LinkedIn, and using it properly for B2B growth, not just posting for the sake of it
  • Creating campaign moments such as launches, speaker drops and countdowns that build energy and drive sign-ups

Content is a big part of this role too:

  • Write sharp, confident copy that gets people to act
  • Build content across email, social and web that earns attention
  • Work with creatives to produce strong video and visual content around events

There’s also a commercial edge:

  • Support paid campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta, with a focus on ROI
  • Collaborate with partners, sponsors and speakers on co-marketing that expands reach

And beyond campaigns, you will help grow a proper community:

  • Keeping audiences engaged year-round, not just when tickets are on sale
  • Creating content and conversations that feel relevant and credible
  • Spotting opportunities to turn engagement into registrations and referrals

You will also be tracking performance, testing new ideas and continuously improving what you do.

What We’re Looking For

Proactive, commercially minded and ready to take ownership.

You will likely have:

  • Experience running B2B marketing campaigns, events or media is a bonus
  • Strong copywriting skills and a clear understanding of how to get people to take action
  • A solid understanding of LinkedIn as a growth channel
  • The ability to juggle multiple campaigns without losing quality
  • Confidence using tools like Canva or Adobe Express
  • Experience working with video or external creatives
  • Some exposure to paid media such as LinkedIn or Meta
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar platforms
  • A data-led mindset and confidence using performance insights to make decisions

Most importantly, you will be someone who wants to step up, take ownership, bring ideas to the table and see the direct impact of your work.

Location: Bristol/hybrid (3 days to be office based)
Reports to: Marketing Manager
