Event Marketing and Communications Executive

An opportunity for a talented marketing and communications professional to take ownership of event marketing, social media, and communications strategy across a portfolio of high-profile events, including flagship shows.

You’ll be the driving force behind attendance, engagement, and buzz, turning ideas into campaigns that people actually notice.

This will give you a flavour of what the role entails:

• Craft and send communications that grab attention, spark excitement, and drive registrations
• Build a year-round community strategy that keeps audiences hooked between events, delights sponsors, and fuels growth
• Command social media channels with content that stops the scroll on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
• Create campaigns that are visually striking—emails, graphics, posts—using Canva or Adobe Express
• Lead the charge on photography and videography briefs that capture the essence of our events
• Launch and optimise paid campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta with measurable results
• Track performance, manage budgets, and report ROI like a pro

What you bring to the table:

• B2B or event marketing experience
• Hands-on experience running paid campaigns across major platforms
• Comfortable in HubSpot CRM or similar tools
• A working knowledge of performance or affiliate marketing
• Comfortable creating short-form video or working with videographers
• Experience with community platforms (Slack, Circle, Discord) or event app communities
• Bold, curious, and thrives when the pace is fast and priorities shift on a dime
