Partnerships Development Lead – Bristol – London or Manchester

Ideally, you’ll be based in London or Bristol or Manchester, the role will mostly be remote, but you will need to attend the Bristol and London office monthly and of course be available to attend events in any of those locations when necessary.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll be the force behind growth, using your network and expertise to identify opportunities and turn them into thriving partnerships. From commercial negotiations to strategy execution, you’ll shape collaborations that deliver measurable impact, working closely with internal teams to launch initiatives seamlessly.

Your Impact:

  • Discover, develop, and secure partnerships that drive member growth and create real value/revenue
  • Build partnership propositions that align with the business’ goal
  • Forge and nurture relationships with senior decision-makers in financial services, fintech or other potential sectors.
  • Lead negotiations, ensuring deals are win-win and commercially sound
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and legal teams to bring partnerships to life
  • Represent the business at events, networking

About you:

  • Have a strong network within the financial industry
  • 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or strategic alliances
  • Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships.
  • Experience of working with/in in fintech, financial services, or high-growth environments
  • Commercially savvy AND strategic
  • Be driven and take full ownership of partnerships –  from building relationships through to closing deals
  • Exceptional negotiation skills, analytical mindset, and ability to influence at all levels
  • Knowledge of API-based integrations
