PR Account Director
A top-tier PR and communications agency, is looking for an Account Director to join their team.
The Account Director will play a key role in developing and executing campaigns for clients. While also driving revenue growth and developing talent within the team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 8-10 years of experience in PR and communications, excellent leadership and communication skills. Plus, the ability to think strategically. You need to have really good B2B experience across a range of sectors. And ideally including the built environment, stakeholder management and construction in general.
Responsibilities for this role will include developing account strategies and contributing to agency policies, monitoring sector and industry trends. As well as attending management meetings and contributing new ideas, directing delivery across client accounts, generating new business leads. All while ensuring activities meet organisational requirements. Additionally, the Account Director will be responsible for forecasting, marketing and promoting the agency, adhering to agency processes and systems.
What about you?
The successful candidate will have a proven track record as a PR Account Director or in a similar role, a deep understanding of the industry and competitive landscape, and the ability to develop and manage an account team. A bachelor’s degree in PR, marketing, communications or a related field is required.
