Small + rapidly expanding (this business is growing exponentially with people in Europe (London/Portugal), and MENA….fully remote working model, we are looking for people who love to travel!

 

A boutique yet fast-scaling PR agency working with a roster of luxury brands, influential personalities, lifestyle innovators, and multinational enterprises across the Middle East. The business is built on storytelling — elevating founders, brands, and destinations through PR campaigns that feel both soulful and strategic.

 

It’s a small, agile, creative, international, and fast-growing team across the MENA landscape.

 

We’re now looking for a Middle East Account Manager or Account Director who understands the nuances of the region, speaks media fluently, and knows how to build influence with personality and flair.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

 

Supporting on personal profiling and founder-focused PR, crafting narratives that shine in the MENA market

Coordinating multinational brand campaigns across luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, and digital sectors

Building rich media relationships with journalists and editors throughout the GCC and Levant

Pitching stories, drafting bios, releases, and content that reflect regional flavour and cultural sensitivity

Conducting regional research, competitor insights, media monitoring, and reporting

Jumping into creative brainstorms and helping bring bold concepts to life

Collaborating closely with clients who need sharp storytelling, strategic positioning, and elevated visibility

All about you!

 

A few solid years of PR experience (agency, in-house, or media)

Strong understanding of MENA media, culture, and communication styles

Confident writing skills with the ability to tailor tone for the English-language press in the region

Organised, proactive, and genuinely excited to work across luxury, culture, hospitality and personal brand PR

Comfortable interacting with founders, senior teams, and international brands

Based in the Middle East or with on-the-ground or lived work experience in the MENA market (essential)

 

Bonus Superpowers

 

Arabic speaker (a big plus!)

Turkish speaker (extra sparkle)

Experience within luxury hospitality, high-end consumer brands, destination marketing, or influencer profiling

Existing media relationships within UAE, KSA, Dubai, Oman, or Lebanon

Culturally intuitive and comfortable working across diverse creative landscapes
