Who you are:

• You will have worked as a PR Account Director role for at least 18 months, or already a be Senior Account Director, within food, drink (lifestyle is a nice to have too!) but food and drink A MUST
• Thrive in a hands-on, collaborative, and honest culture
• A hands-on, empathetic leader who thrives on collaboration and teamwork, rather than a ‘do it my way’ approach
• A creative thinker, problem-solver, and a leader who inspires confidence

• A Senior Account Director who can:
• Join the senior team as a pivotal member, be the main point of contact for clients, keeping campaigns running smoothly and expectations crystal clear
• Lead and mentor a delivery team, guiding them while empowering them to shine
• Bring your own network of media and influencer contacts and help the team build theirs
• Write and strategise with confidence
• Drive creative campaigns that actually get talked about and remembered
• Spot opportunities to grow existing accounts and help secure new business
• Ensure budgets, reporting, and project delivery is on point
• Stay ahead of social and digital trends, especially influencer marketing.
