Social Media Executive, North Bristol (hybrid/remote)

We’re looking for a Social Media Executive with a flair for creating engaging social content, building community, and a keen eye for detail.  Growing and hugely successful business, based in North Bristol, now seeking a new social media professional to join the team (10 mins walk from Parkway Station)

Reporting to the Senior Content & Creative Manager, this role will support the marketing team on a variety of creative and administrative tasks for several brands within the company, the key focus areas of this role include social media, content creation, and supporting marketing operations.

This is the perfect role for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to develop their skills within a supportive, ambitious, and creative team.

The brands are making strong advances in the digital space, and we continually strive to improve and expand our multi-channel marketing strategy to drive growth.

Within this role, you’ll get involved in lots of different areas of social media including:

·       Content Creation

·       Social Media

·       Trends

·       Community & Engagement

·       Internal Newsletter

·       Email building

 

Skills and experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in a marketing role.

A degree or equivalent in marketing, ideally.

Strong knowledge of social media platforms.

Confident creating video content around products, benefits, and lifestyle topics. You must be happy on camera!

Ability to manage spreadsheets and understand basic quantitative data for reporting.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative, professional, and detail-oriented with a passion for storytelling.

Proactive and ambitious, able to manage time and react to business needs.

Also, good to have:

·       Social media business accounts

·       Graphic design/editing tools (e.g., Canva, InDesign, Illustrator)

·       Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets

·       Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress)

·       CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
