Training Coordinator
We’re looking for a highly organised Training Coordinator (Account Manager) to join a growing SME.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple moving parts, working closely with clients, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
The role
As Training Coordinator/Account Manager you’ll take responsibility for planning and managing the delivery of training programmes. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their requirements, schedule sessions, and ensure each programme is executed to a high standard.
You’ll be the central point of contact for day-to-day queries, managing logistics such as trainer availability, course scheduling, and last-minute changes. Attention to detail will be key, as you’ll also maintain accurate records within the CRM system and ensure all information is up to date.
Alongside coordination, you’ll support the wider team by contributing to client retention, identifying opportunities to enhance the service, and assisting with marketing activity such as case studies and feedback collection.
About you
- Experience in a coordination, administration, or Account Management
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Confident communicator who can build effective working relationships
- Comfortable using systems and processes (CRM experience beneficial)
- Background in training, events, customer service, account manager or operations would be useful
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
