You can advertise using your own company name and branding, or keep things discreet. It’s entirely up to you.
🎯 Contingency Recruitment
Fees agreed to suit the role
Our traditional recruitment service, and one that works really well for many businesses.
We find and introduce great candidates for your vacancy, and you only pay when you hire.
Fees are agreed upfront, based on the role and the recruitment brief.
💡 Fixed-Fee Recruitment
From £2,950 to £4950 + VAT (level dependent)
Looking for a simple, transparent way to recruit?
Our fixed-fee service gives you one agreed fee, with no percentage-of-salary placement fee.
We’ll advertise your vacancy, using your branding or discreetly, and work with you to attract and introduce the right candidates.
A straightforward option for businesses that want recruitment support without the traditional percentage-based fee.

Bespoke packages for your role
Some roles need a different approach.
Particularly when you’re hiring for a senior, specialist or hard-to-find position, the right person might not be actively looking for a new job. They might be someone in our network, or someone we know through the industry.
That’s where our Search & Selection service comes in.
We’ll work with you to understand the role, identify the right people, approach candidates and support you through the shortlisting and selection process.
A fully bespoke service, tailored to the role and the level of support you need.
