We are looking for a dynamic PR Account Manager experienced in the luxury lifestyle sector. The ideal candidate would have experience working within the interiors, beauty and drinks sector and be skilled in the following:

  • Managing a portfolio of clients’ PR accounts
  • Providing strategic counsel to clients to aid their PR and wider marketing campaigns
  • Building relationships with key media and influencer contacts
  • Liaising with clients regarding press campaigns, creative projects and PR solutions
  • Dealing with the media, speaking to journalists and other members of the press
  • Providing innovative and creative ideas to clients
  • Briefing clients and updating them on press campaigns
  • Analysing PR coverage and providing written reports
  • Communicating effectively with a range of stakeholders

Key skills

  • High levels of communication – both presentation, verbal and written skills
  • Impressive emotional intelligence and interpersonal expertise
  • A passion for the media, including social media
  • Flair for creativity, strategic thinking, and innovation
  • Strong copywriting and marketing mastery

The CEO is more interested in output than presenteeism!  Having said that, team is important so you really must be happy with regular travel and attendance at the offices, for meetings, trainings, team events.  And of course, many of the important and relevant media and events are very much London based, so again, you need to be happy travelling  to and working in the capital.  When you are not in London, you can be based anywhere, as long as you get the job done.

About you

You are a Senior Account Manager with at least 1 years of experience. You are passionate about interiors and lifestyle brands with interiors contacts and the ability to pitch across the landscape of PR and Social Media. 

Articulate and positive, you are a team player and a collaborator with great energy, a ‘can do’ attitude and an ability to make things happen quickly.

About us:

Moxie and Mettle is an independent recruitment business, based in Clifton, Bristol which works with candidates and clients in marketing, PR, digital, creative, communications and social media professions.

We are looking for our second Kickstarter, a new team member who can work with us on a six-month placement from 1st December r in the role of Administration Assistant

About you:

You’ll be updating and managing the content of our database for candidates, clients, suppliers and partners.

You’ll also be researching to gain new information for clients and candidates from the internet, and from lists and databases provided by the team. This will involve some phone work, calling to collect information and updating the database.

You need be to be social media aware (Linked In, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook) to create new database entries and ensuring they are linked to the social media accounts accurately, and have a good working knowledge of Office 365.

Essential skills, experience and qualifications include:

  • Social media knowledge, in particular, Facebook, Instagram, Linked In and Twitter (can be from your own use, it’s not rocket science!)
  • Good computer skills, including Mac and Outlook 365.
  • Natural researcher, so curious, interested, a problem solver.
  • Good phone manner and be happy to make calls in the interest of research or for updating the database.

Summary:

We’re looking for a talented PR Account Manager with experience working on FMCG or consumer brands and strong skills across consumer and trade PR, influencer marketing and social media.

You’ll be joining a fast-growing, award-winning PR agency whose clients include leading UK and global food and drink brands, as well as other well-known consumer brands.

A brilliant all-rounder, you will play a crucial role in helping deliver integrated campaigns across multiple platforms and be a key day-to-day client contact.  Previous agency experience is essential (preferably working on FMCG brands), as are strong PR, influencer and social skills.

 

What you’ll need:

  • Initiative, great ideas, first-class writing, and presentation skills are key
  • Proven agency experience working on brands (preferably FMCG), across consumer/trade PR, influencer marketing and social media
  • Exceptional planning, organisational and reporting skills
  • A natural and creative flair for engaging content, and intuitive knowledge of what makes a good news story
  • Insight and familiarity working with paid lifestyle influencers: ability to devise creative campaigns, negotiate contracts, write creative briefs and manage content delivery.
  • Ideally, experience managing brand activity across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube and Twitter, plus familiarity with paid social ads.
  • Confidence to pitch ideas to clients and the media effectively
  • Day to day, you’d be helping to plan, deliver and evaluate integrated PR and digital-led campaigns for top FMCG brands.

 

Responsibilities will include:

Effective account management of client campaigns within agreed budgets; managing a small team of junior staff across various account teams; identifying and creating compelling media campaigns; drafting and pitching in press releases and features; identifying, onboarding and managing organic and paid influencers; devising & delivering regular content plans together with supporting paid ads campaigns; and planning and delivering media and influencer events or creative stunts to drive brand awareness
