About you:
Ideally with one to two year’s B2B PR agency or clientside experience, tech/software, automotive/AI client experience would be ideal but any b2b will be considered.

As well as media relations, content creation, writing press releases, blog writing (and the usual PR/Comms activity), you’ll also be involved with developing strategy and implementation of highly creative communications programmes including virtual reality, podcasts, digital and video content, each of them game-changers in disruptive tech sectors.

Drive and optimise mobile marketing campaigns with Ad Networks and media platforms
Choose the User Acquisition tools and build frameworks
Produce comprehensive UA reporting, analyse ROI and identify new opportunities to support key titles
Have deep understanding of ad attribution and tracking with mobile measurement partners Develop mid-to-long term business and technical ad product strategy for the next generation of user acquisition
Monitor, optimise and report performance of campaigns on an ongoing basis.
Identify new partner, platform, and optimisation opportunities to drive campaign performance
Develop test plans, measure performance, and make recommendations based on testing.

Requirements:
Previous experience of mobile consumer advertising or mobile media buying experience with a proven track record of measurable results.
Strong analytical skills and experience working in metrics based companies.
Strong problem solving skills.
You are able to pursue new, unfamiliar, and possibly uneasy problems—to break them down into manageable bits and solve them.
In-depth knowledge of user acquisition tools and mobile ad networks
Extensive knowledge of various mobile networks such as Facebook, Snapchat, Google Ads, Unity Ads
Strong knowledge about financialservices/fintech launch procedures
Full time or possibly x 4 days a week, permanent role.

The position will involve working closely with private labels clients and product team to deliver creative solutions to briefs, balancing the requirements of the client, printer and manufacturer. The Packaging Designer will assist in the creating artwork and print files as required at any stage.
About you:
It goes without saying that you’ll have at least two years’ previous packaging design experience, ideally within a relevant stylish consumer brand.You’ll have a passion for design and product development.
An interest in beauty, gifting or cosmetics would be useful.
An imaginative and creative thinker who takes pride in creating aesthetically pleasing design concepts.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), with knowledge of print production
What you’ll be doing:
* Taking briefs from Product team, establish a clear understanding of brief requirements and come up with creative solutions that fit with the requirements of each client or brand
* Work on existing or supplied designs to adapt to clients requirements or manufacture needs as required
* Produce high quality visuals and mock-ups of work for accurate evaluation from either client or internal sources. Working with external suppliers as necessary
* Attain a full understanding of all print processes used in the manufacture of packaging, so that designs are within the capabilities of manufacture
* Compile style guides as and when required for use internally and for customer reference
* Keep style guides up to date
* Create design concepts and develop through to fully finished product, in line with product brief and company values.
