Fabulous role for office administrator and front of house support for a busy Bristol company.  You’ll be the go to for team support and look after all visitors coming to the office.

 

To be considered:

  • You will need reception experience, including managing a busy switchboard.
  • Previous administration experience.
  • Strong IT skills – Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, with the ability to easily pick up new software.

 

Front of house and facilities management support:

  • Operating a busy switchboard
  • Meeting, greeting and making refreshments for clients and visitors.
  • Keeping reception, meeting rooms and all shared facilities impeccable, and ensuring efficient use of the booking systems.
  • Ordering taxis and couriers, and organising UK and international travel for colleagues.
  • Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.
  • Managing and ordering stock and office supplies.
  • Security and access, and health and safety, administration.
  • Social and event planning and preparation for colleagues and visitors – from weekly team drinks to client events and presentations

 

HR Support:

  • Updating extensive personnel records and HR databases.
  • Diary management and documentation preparation for interviews, appraisals and other meetings.
  • Induction preparation, administration and filing for new starters.
  • Training research, booking, payments and records

The role:

Account Director role to deliver high-quality creative campaigns and strategies as well as contributing to new business initiative. This includes writing proposals and delivering creative pitches. The account director is responsible for devising client strategies and overseeing the operational aspects of accounts as well as inspiring a team of Account Managers and Executives to deliver projects on time, on budget.

You’ll also be responsible for the financials of client accounts.

The main client would focus on neuroscience so experience in this area would be beneficial but not essential.

 Duties:

  • Plan, develop and oversee the execution of strategies to support the objectives of the Client’s business
  • Financial and commercial management of a portfolio of accounts
  • Deliver promotional programmes within agreed timescales and budgets to ensure the account remains stable and profitable
  • Manage the effective and efficient flow of work through relevant teams and the Agency as a whole
  • Proactively identify opportunities to achieve growth across client portfolio including additional ongoing activities or project work

 

About you:

To be considered, you need to have worked for a healthcare marketing agency and ideally have a life science degree/qualification as an Account Director (or Senior Account Manager)

New job for a Senior Planner to be the day-to-day strategic lead on client’s business, in a full-service marketing agency.

Duties:

  • Drive creative through smart insights, inspiring briefings and productive collaboration with creative teams.
  • Shaping strategic thinking and decision making across your accounts.
  • The ability to develop brand strategies and propositions; creative briefs; client presentations; audience profiles; customer journeys; communications and channel strategies.
  • Writing decks with a good narrative.
  • Communications planning.
  • Business strategy and planning
  • Taking a big-picture view of your clients’ challenges; considering all factors that might affect their brand and communications strategy and developing strategic recommendations to drive our clients’ businesses forward.
  • Developing and substantiating a strong point of view, presenting with authority, being able to take internal and external audiences on a journey.

About you:

  • Ideally at least four years’ experience of integrated planning in an agency environment.
  • Must be fully conversant with digital channels (without necessarily being a digital specialist)
  • Thorough knowledge of all aspects of  planning, in order to be able to initiate and complete all sorts of planning projects from marketing strategy to communications development and evaluation.
